The work of surrealist artist Yves Tanguy has a distinct and highly recognizable style. Alien landscapes contain strange figures and abstractions, with elements of science fiction. He was one of many notable artists to visit Max Ernst and Dorothea Tanning during their time at Capricorn Hill in Sedona.
